2021 Amen Break Backbeat Cabernet Franc

Our first Cabernet Franc, from the beautiful Hawkes Bay on the North Island of New Zealand.
We figured after 10 years of making Pinot Noir from Central Otago, it was time to change up the range!
Cabernet Franc grown in the beautiful Havelock Hills was carefully fermented with 30% whole bunches. Matured in used puncheons.
Beautiful dark fruited aromatics, lively fresh palate and super fine tannins. Delicious drinking now and into the medium term
